Description
A short walk from Varenna is Villa Perledina, a large pink villa that you can't help but notice among all the houses in the village arriving Varenna by boat, it dominates the hill and therefore enjoys a spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with an olive grove. A relaxing corner with Jacuzzi and deckchairs to enjoy the summer sun. Inside on the ground floor there is a large living room, cozy and with fireplace, with a huge window that offers a magnificent view of the lake even at night, the large and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three spacious, bright, double bedrooms with a view of the lake and the garden, a complete bathroom with shower. To the sides of the villa complete the property the two annexes that offer additional beds, a bathroom and a toilet. This holiday home is particularly suitable for large families and small groups of friends. Very easy to reach both on foot from Varenna and the train station and by car from Lecco. At our guests' disposal a large garage and an outdoor parking space, satellite TV, wifi connection, a large laundry room, air conditioning in all rooms, all beds are equipped with electricity. Reaching Villa Perledina is very easy, from Lecco, follow the directions to Varenna and then go up the road to Perledo. For those travelling by train from Milan, stop Varenna-Esino-Perledo.
