Villa Margherita is a beautiful period villa surrounded by a beautiful garden, located a few steps from the center of the village of Civenna. Its strategic location makes it an ideal residence for those who wish to spend a holiday in the cool natural environment in the mountains above the lake enjoying a splendid view, surrounded by nature but only 10 minutes drive from the center of Bellagio and the beaches of the lake. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends, the villa consists of a ground floor where there is the main entrance, a beautiful living room, spacious and welcoming with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bright dining room and a large terrace. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with French bed, a full bathroom. In the basement at garden level there is another beautiful bedroom overlooking the garden and a full bathroom. Services provided: wifi internet connection, heating, TV, garden with outdoor furniture, possibility of parking in adjacent public parking. Very easy to reach us by car or bus from Como or Lecco.
