Beautiful detached villa with garden and lake view situated in a very quiet and private area, very close to the beach of San Giovanni di Bellagio, only 1500 metres from the town centre. Villa Gard is spacious and very bright, perfect for a family with children. It is spread over two floors, on the ground floor we find the entrance, a large and very bright living room with dining area, a kitchen, a perfect office room for those who need to work in a quiet environment with a garden view, a complete bathroom with shower, a nice well equipped kitchen and a pantry room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, both with small balconies overlooking the lake, one with a single French bed overlooking the garden. The garden is completely enclosed and equipped with outdoor furniture and a beautiful gazebo. The house has a special charm and a warm and welcoming natural light, the rooms are well-kept and rich in details with a flavour of times gone by. The area is very quiet but close to the lake and not far from the centre. Equipped with excellent wifi connection, it is also ideal for those who need to work in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
