Beautiful and charming accommodation on several levels consisting of a portion of a period villa located in the characteristic village of Loppia in Bellagio, a few steps from the beach and the entrance of Villa Melzi. The house is spread over three floors, excluding the ground floor where the entrance of Villa Emilia is located, on the first floor there is a bathroom and laundry room, the main part of the house is on the second floor where there is a beautiful, spacious and bright living room with a spectacular view of the lake, a double bedroom with terrace overlooking the lake, the kitchen and a bathroom, on the third floor there is a second double bedroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden of the Villa complete with outdoor furniture. A residence with every comfort, certainly unique and valuable with refined furnishings, rich in history and works of art. The location is enviable, a few steps from one of the most beautiful small beaches of Bellagio, Loppia, which is also overlooked by the famous Villa Melzi Gardens. The villa is located in a small characteristic street made up of stone steps that leads directly to the lake but which is inaccessible to cars. To find a parking space, just look in the immediate vicinity where there are some free public parking areas. Villa Emilia is only 800 meters from the centre of Bellagio and the pier, and there is a bus stop just 30 meters away for buses to and from Como.
