Beautiful two-room flat a stone's throw from the centre of Bellagio. Modern, cosy accommodation, furnished in the typical colours of the lake and reminiscent of the sand, sun, crystal blue waters, dedicated to the many sailboats that ply our beautiful lake, colours that give a feeling of freshness, breeze and wind. The Sailing Bellagio is a flat that consists of a large single room with living room and kitchen, a small garden with table overlooking the communal swimming pool, a cosy bedroom that overlooks the small back garden, and a nice large bathroom complete with shower and washing machine. Equipped with air conditioning, essential nowadays to withstand the hot summers, excellent wifi connection, it is ideal for a couple or a single person wishing to relax a stone's throw from the lake and the centre of the village of Bellagio, but who may also need to work in a serene and peaceful environment. The flat has a private garage and is therefore perfect for those travelling by car. It is also easily accessible on foot from the landing stage, which is only 800 metres away, and from the bus stop from Como, which is only 100 metres away.
