It is located inside the complex called Ca' Maria, immersed in the green of the condominium garden, with a comfortable numbered parking space reserved for our guests, indispensable for those who reach Bellagio by car. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a spectacular and breathtaking view of the lake. The apartment consists of a large entrance leading to the living room, large and bright with a balcony overlooking the lake, dining area. Kitchen in separate room complete with everything you need for cooking, electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Large bathroom with window, bright, equipped with bath/shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with high speed wifi internet connection, Smart TV, heating, fan. The accommodation is perfect for a family, a few steps from the city center and the pier that can be easily reached on foot in just 10 minutes. The nearest beach is that of the beautiful bay of Pescallo just 5 minutes walk from home. A few meters from home there is also a bus stop to and from Como and Lecco.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
